Follow up of creative communication workshop was organized for youth groups in five districts. During creative communication workshop, youth learnt lot many methods of effective and creative communication like puppetry, street play and painting. They made a variety of advocacy material like posters, pamphlets, postcards, script phad etc. Using these learnings youth organized another workshop. It was noticeable that youth themselves were performing as resource person in this workshop. For this purpose, 2 youth from Gramya Sansthan, Chandauli went as resource persons to that workshop.

Youth Leaders Capacity Building on PRI (21st- 24th June2010)
In order to promote youth leaders’ leadership and provide support to women candidates in up-coming PRI elections, 8 youth leaders and 8 community facilitators from different districts participated in this exposure visit to Bhowali, Nainital from 21st to 24th June‘10. The visit was organized by MSAM (Mahila Swasthya Adhikar Manch) and the training was provided by facilitators from Prayas organization, Bhowali, Nainital. Prayas organization has a forum of women ‘Mahila Adhikar Manch’ in different villages. These women work within human rights framework for their rights. They also participated in PRI elections with support from Prayas. All participants visited few villages and met PRI committees, women members, x-candidates of PRI election and community leaders.
State Level Youth Policy Advocacy Event in Banda, Uttar Pradesh (17 May, 2010)
In the series of youth policy advocacy efforts, a state level event was organized on 17th May ‘10 in Banda. Uttar Pradesh government’s cabinet minister honorable Mr. Daddu Prasad was invited in this event but he couldn’t attend the programme. 20 youth leaders from 9 districts, 10 community facilitators, 23 youth and stakeholders of Banda district, 11 media persons, 10 public representatives, civil society representatives and government officers participated in the event.
Youth Leaders Exposure Visit to Doosra Dashak, Rajasthan(14 - 16 April, 2010)
To promote youth leadership, a cross organizational visit was organized to 3 district of Rajasthan namely; Jodhpur, Baran and Ajmer. The visit was taken to Foundation for Education and Development under Doosara Dashak Pariyojana on 14th to 16th April '10. 18 youth leaders, 9 community facilitators and 3 staff members from SAHAYOG, Youth for Change programme team participated in this visit. The participants visited few villages, different types of centers that are working for improvement in status of education specially for adolescent girls. In order to develop scientific temperament among masses, these youth groups are also working on science centers in their working areas. The team also met youth groups, women groups, workers and various stakeholders from different communities where youth social actions, issues and problems were discussed and shared. District Level Youth Policy Advocacy Events (7 April, 2010)
On occasion of World Health Day, partners organized District Level Youth Policy Advocacy events in 9 districts. The objective of this event was to enhance 'Youth for Change' forum, build a network of civil society members and youth policy advocacy with political parties and active people representatives. Youth and various stake holders gave their support on youth policy draft.

YOUTH POLICY DRAFT- III: OPEN TO DISCUSSION AND FEEDBACK
Here is the third draft of the youth policy, which incorporates suggestions of2000 youth, 6 political parties’ representatives and 45 NGOs of 35 districts of Uttar Pradesh, procured during the advocacy camppaign run from 13th November to 10th December 2009. This Draft is being supported by 70,000 people. We need your suggestions for finalization of this Draft.
